Extra charge for the stay of the animal is PLN 150 / day. Pets are not allowed in the apartments and suite rooms.

Parking - informations

Due to the limited number of paid parking spaces in the underground garage, we do not guarantee their availability and do not conduct advance reservations. Due to the specifics of the car park, electric cars, cars with gas installations and cars over 1.9 m high and 5 m long cannot park there. At the time of check-in, the reception will inform you whether a space in the garage is available or direct you to the external car park adjacent to the facility.

Reservation cancellation

To guarantee the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the value of the stay is required in advance via the online payment system, traditional transfer or credit card. In case of cancellation or no-show at the facility on the day of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
