Reservation cancellation

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In this case, the advance payment will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation notification. In the event of cancellation after this date or failure to show up at the facility on the day of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. In order to guarantee the reservation, a prepayment is required by providing credit card details or a 30% payment of the booking value via the online payment system.
