§1 1. The unit of account for accommodation services is a hotel day. The hotel day starts at 3 p.m. and ends at 12 p.m. 2. Failure to leave the room by 12 p.m. on the day of departure or leaving items is obligatory to pay a special fee according to the price list below: Each started hour after 12 p.m. - PLN 50; stay from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. - fee for half a day; stay from 6 p.m. - fee for the whole day. 3. The room can be occupied only after completing the registration formalities at the reception. 4. When renting a hotel room, the Guest specifies the duration of his/her stay at the hotel, and in the absence of such a specification, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day. 5. The current price list of accommodation services is published on the hotel's website: www.hotel-aurora.pl. The prices presented in the price list include VAT. The price for hotel stay depends on the length of stay, number of people, selected meal plan or stay package, room category and size, view from the window and date of stay. Prices may change daily. 6. Hotel rooms are rented for the declared period. Guests may report their wishes to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival at the reception desk by 9:00 on the day of departure. The hotel will try to accommodate the wish to extend their stay, subject to availability. §2 7. Depending on the selected offer, the full or partial payment for the stay is paid by bank transfer before arrival or charged to the provided credit card. The remaining amounts to be settled are collected on site in advance, i.e. at the time of check-in on the day of arrival. 8. Shortening the stay involves the Hotel retaining the entire deposit paid. 9. Information on the conditions for cancelling the reservation or shortening the stay is included in the Reservation Conditions found in the Reservation Confirmation. §3 10. Visits to hotel rooms by persons not registered at the Aurora Hotel may take place from 11:00 to 22:00 after prior notification of this fact at the hotel reception. 11. The hotel observes a night-time silence from 22:00 to 07:00. 12. Smoking and other substances is prohibited throughout the hotel. This prohibition applies to both hotel rooms and balconies. Failure to comply with the above prohibition will result in the Guest being charged a fine of PLN 500. 13. The hotel has a limited number of paid parking spaces in the underground garage, which cannot be booked in advance. The maximum dimensions of a car that can use a parking space in the underground garage are 5 m in length and 1.9 m in height. Electric cars and those with gas installations cannot park in the underground garage. The hotel does not guarantee the availability of parking spaces. At check-in, the reception will inform you whether there are any spaces available in the underground garage. If they are not available, we direct Guests to the outdoor parking lot next to the hotel. 14. At the Guest's request, to the extent possible, the hotel provides the following services free of charge: - provision of accessories for children: bathtubs, steps, anti-slip mats, chamber pots, heaters; - storage of luggage of Guests registered at the hotel. 15. The desire to use additional bedding can be reported before arrival or on site at the reception. The additional fee for a pillow is PLN 40/day, for a duvet PLN 60/day. A travel cot (subject to availability, upon prior notification and in certain room categories) is provided at a price of PLN 50/day. 16. Selected areas of the Hotel are monitored. 17. The Guest has the right to file a complaint regarding the stay or the quality of services provided in person at the main reception of the hotel, on an ongoing basis during the stay and at the latest on the day of departure. §4 18. The Guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of objects, equipment and technical devices of the hotel resulting from his/her behaviour or the behaviour of guests entertained by him/her, or a breach of security through unjustified activation of the fire protection system – the material value is determined by the hotel management. 19. The Guest should immediately notify the hotel reception of any irregularities noticed. 20. The Hotel is not liable for the loss or damage of items brought in by Guests to the extent specified in the provisions of Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code. Valuable items should be deposited in the safe. 21. The Hotel Guest is obliged to comply with fire safety regulations. In particular: do not throw matches or cigarette butts into the waste bin, do not store flammable liquids in hotel rooms, do not smoke, and in the event of a fire, immediately notify the hotel staff. 22. Each time the Guest leaves the room, they are obliged to make sure that the door is closed. §5 23. The Hotel accepts pets. The surcharge for pets is PLN 99/day. In order for the pet to stay, it is necessary to report this before arrival. Failure to report the pet's stay will result in a charge of 150% of the value of the pet's stay. §6 24. Children under 18 years of age should be under the constant care of their legal guardians on the hotel premises. Legal guardians are financially liable for damages caused by children's actions. 25. The Guest may not transfer the room to third parties who are not registered at the hotel, even if the period for which the room was rented has not expired. 26. Items left in the rooms by departing Guests will be sent at the recipient's expense to the indicated address at the request of the Guests. The cost of returning the items is only an estimate - the final cost is determined by the company providing the service. In the absence of instructions for sending, the hotel will store the items for a period of 14 days. After this time, the items left behind are disposed of. The Hotel does not store medicines, food or underwear. 27. The Hotel reserves the right to organize occasional night events. 28. The Hotel may refuse to accept or terminate the provision of services before the end of the stay of a Guest who has grossly violated the Hotel Regulations or otherwise disrupted the functioning of the hotel. The hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or who is verbally or physically aggressive. 29. Our facility meets the standards for the protection of minors specified in art. 22c section 3 of the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting the threat of sexual crime and the protection of minors. Therefore, our staff may ask you at check-in to show your child's ID card or another document confirming that an adult has the right to take care of the child in the facility (parental consent or court order). §6 29. Regulations for staying with animals. Important A mandatory local fee of PLN 3.30/day will be charged from each natural person registered for a minimum of two nights.
