Dzieci w wieku od lat 12 są liczone jako pełnopłatne. Nasz hotel spełnia standardy ochrony małoletnich określone w art. 22c ust. 3 ustawy z dnia 13 maja 2016 roku o przeciwdziałaniu zagrożeniom przestępczością na tle seksualnym i ochronie małoletnich. W związku z tym nasza obsługa może poprosić Państwa przy zameldowaniu o okazanie dowodu osobistego dziecka lub innego dokumentu potwierdzającego, że osoba pełnoletnia ma prawo do sprawowania opieki nad dzieckiem w placówce (zgoda rodziców lub postanowienie sądu).
Extra charge for the stay of the animal is PLN 150 / day. Pets are not allowed in the apartments and suite rooms.
Due to the limited number of paid parking spaces in the underground garage, we do not guarantee their availability and do not conduct advance reservations. Due to the specifics of the car park, electric cars, cars with gas installations and cars over 1.9 m high and 5 m long cannot park there. At the time of check-in, the reception will inform you whether a space in the garage is available or direct you to the external car park adjacent to the facility.
To guarantee the reservation, an advance payment for the entire stay is required via the online payment system, traditional transfer or credit card. In case of cancellation or no-show at the facility on the day of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
